Timki is a small percussion instrument used by the Baiga Tribe in Madhya Pradesh, often played alongside larger drums in folk performances. It consists of a stretched membrane over a hollow body, producing sharp and high-frequency sounds. The instrument is played using sticks or hands to create rhythmic patterns.
