The girl seen in the image belongs to the Thadou Kuki Tribe. On close observation, she is dressed in traditional attire for a dance performance of Manipur. She is wearing armlets on her hands, a peacock feather in her hair, and a red beaded necklace around her neck. Her clothes are traditionally handwoven. People can also be seen around her, present to accompany the dance.
