Village Deity Worship Site and Traditional Faith of the Baiga Community

This is a worship site of the Baiga community, where you can see various masks, tridents, stones, and wooden objects of different shapes. This location is dedicated to the village deity. On the sacred platform, different religious symbols, idols, and tridents indicate that the villagers come here to perform rituals and worship according to their beliefs. Looking around, the site is elevated compared to surrounding areas and is well-maintained.

At the center of the image, an iron trident and other metal symbols (like shackles or tongs) stand, representing power and protection. Alongside them are a carved stone face, a wooden mask with a tilak, and several natural stones (gota). On the platform, turtle-shaped figures and other remnants of clay or stone can also be seen, reflecting the depth of nature worship in Baiga tradition.
